Customs Consent Letter
If your child is traveling from Canada or other countries to Camp Tekakwitha with ONLY ONE of their parent, with friend’s parent(s) or with the camp’s chartered bus, they must have this parent consent letter AND either their passport (or birth certificate when under 16 years old).
